B.TC. riveting mechanism is made up of pressure, rivetingmotion and timer. Only by setting pressure, stroke andtimer, line and accuracy finish can be gained repeatedly,not only fixing-joint but also swing-joint finish.

Principle Of Riveting Method 

A. Pneumatic(hydraulic) pushes spin head.

B. Spin head operates the punch

C. Punch moves in an orbital path as it contacts the rivet.

This action eliminates twisting force on the rivet. As a result no friction is created and no material "tearing"occurs.
