① These units with electric driving and air feeding can save energy (Drilling feed speed is controlled by a hydraulic check unit.)

② The whole stroke and the rapid feed stroke of the spindle can be easily set by adjusting each knob(Whole stroke = rapid feed stroke+drilling speed stroke)

③ Spindle speed can be changed by replacing the pulleys. (Option)

④ The motors are thermostatically protected.

⑤ Connecting the quill with the regulator is well designed, which assures you the accurate drillig works.

⑥ Since the oil tank is housed in the body, the time of supplying oil can be greatly saved.

扭力退刀電控系統

適用於深孔加工及小孔徑加工(0.8mm以上)，可自行設定數值，切削中扭力過大時自動退刀，使切削屑排出刀具不斷裂，並可設定單次加工退刀次數，以了解刀具更換時機，多項人性化功能設計，使加工品質穩定、刀具壽命更長，並可配合外部接點連線，完成自動化設備以增加產能。

特點：

PLC控制、高感度轉速表，人性化操作設定擁有2種 退刀模式及標準加工模式：扭力退刀模式、計時退刀 模式及正常運轉模式刀具壽命管理，產量 管理異常顯示。
